We would like to inform you that Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo will officially leave the Preferred Hotels & Resorts, a hotel chain representing more than 650 hotels across 85 countries, at the end of December 2023 due to the termination of a brand collection “CONNECT”. We appreciate all the I Prefer members and a long-term partnership with Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

A new booking system will be available on the 11th of December 2023 and we will no longer be able to offer the I Prefer member benefit for reservations staying from the 1st of January 2024.

[For guests who have existing reservations for January and February 2024]

We are afraid the “I Prefer Points” will NOT be able to be earned for staying. Regarding the other I Prefer member benefit including *Free Wi-Fi *Free Upgrade based on the availability *Free early check-in / late check-out based on the availability, we will still be pleased to offer these benefits as a courtesy.
