    This whisky is produced in the town of Yoichi, which was selected as the perfect location for it by Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky. The process of direct coal-fire distillation, a rare method in the world, gives the unblended whisky a powerful and deep flavor.

    Shakotan Blue is a distillery that takes advantage of the bountiful botanicals grown around the town of Shakotan. They won the gold medal at the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition 2022.

    Benizakura Distillery was the first distillery in Hokkaido, located in Benizakura Park in the Minami Ward of Sapporo. Their gin is cut with the groundwater Minami is famous for, and the various plants of Benizakura Park give it a distinct aroma.

  • Ohoro Gin Standard

    Niseko Distillery can be found in the town of Niseko, which has exceptionally high-quality groundwater that only a region with heavy snowfall can provide. They won the World's Best award in the Classic Gin division of the World Gin Awards 2024.

  • Shima Fukuro Tokachi Brandy 1987 Unblended

    Shima Fukuro was developed by selecting grape varieties with unique characteristics from being grown in Hokkaido. It is made with 100% Hokkaido grapes, which are known for their high quality and rich tartness that makes them ideal for making brandy.

    North Island Beer is a craft brewery based in Ebetsu City. Their beer is made with locally produced ingredients, such as Weizen, made with Ebetsu-grown wheat, and limited-edition beer made with Hokkaido hops.
