We are writing to inform you that due to the aging infrastructure of our hotel parking facility, we will be undertaking renovation work according to the schedule outlined below. We understand that this work may cause some inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation during this period.

Please be aware that during the renovation period, the number of parking spaces available will be significantly reduced, and there may be delays in entering and exiting the parking area. In the event of full occupancy, we may need to direct you to nearby parking facilities.

We kindly request that guests visiting the hotel during this period consider using public transportation whenever possible.

We will make every effort to minimize disruption and proceed with the renovation as carefully as possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Details of Renovation Work:

1. Location of Work

Renovation of the floor on the west side of the 3rd floor of the parking garage.
*Note: Scaffolding and support structures will be installed on the 2nd floor to facilitate the replacement of the 3rd-floor flooring. Therefore, parking will be completely unavailable on both the 2nd and 3rd floors.

2. Construction Period

Monday, January 5, 2026 - Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (Planned)
*Note: Construction will be suspended on Sundays and public holidays (subject to change).

3. Work Hours

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*Note: Night work (including clean-up) may occur.

4. Important Information

Vehicle entry and exit will be limited to the current single entrance.
Traffic control personnel will be on duty 24 hours a day to provide guidance.
Please anticipate longer than usual entry and exit times.
