We sincerely appreciate your continued support of Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo.
We would like to inform you that our members-only facility, "PENTSEPT Fitness & Sports", will be renovated for the pool and sauna on the following dates.
During the renovation period, the facility will be temporarily closed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our guests and we kindly ask for your understanding.

Closure Period:
February 1st (Thursday) - March 30th (Saturday), 2024
(* The pool will not be available starting from January 31st (Wednesday).)

Reopening of Business:
March 31st (Sunday), 2024 at 10:00 AM.
