In addition to our 1,000m2 grand banquet hall, which is perfect for large-scale international conferences and academic meetings that attract people from around the globe, we offer a range of 17 event venues of all sizes to meet your needs.
We also have multiple small banquet rooms for breakout sessions and a foyer that is ideal for poster sessions and exhibitions.

Our experienced staff will work closely with organizers, providing comprehensive support from preparation to operations on the day of the event.
We will assist in the smooth running of conferences in an effort to create an environment that lets attendees keep their minds on the event.

We're conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, allowing attendees to arrive without problems, even from far away.

    We offer a wide range of event venues, from our grand banquet hall that can hold up to 1,000 people in classroom style seating to our more intimate banquet rooms that are perfect for breakout sessions. The spacious foyer next to the grand hall is excellent for use as exhibition space or for poster sessions.

Plaza Hall This spacious multipurpose hall features an 8.1-meter-high ceiling with a double-height space that extends from the first basement floor. It’s equipped with a 300-inch drop-down projection screen with high-spec video, sound and lighting equipment. Area:538 m² Capacity:250 people for classroom-style seating  
Miyabi Room This room, coordinated on a modern and stylish theme, is suitable for various events, including company/group parties and meetings, and new product presentations. Area:310 m² Capacity:280 people for classroom-style seating Capacity:200 people for dinner
