Please be assured that Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo will never contact our guests regarding reservations via WhatsApp or any other messaging applications.

If you receive such a suspicious message, please do not click on any links provided, and do not reply under any circumstances.

Regarding this matter, we have already requested Booking.com to investigate the situation thoroughly. Additionally, we are taking all necessary security measures within our hotel to ensure the safety of our guests' information.
